Ok I'm going to keep updating, regardless of the fact nobody reads this! If anything, it's for me, it makes sure I visit here, and just keeps track of what I'm doing, which is handy I guess. Makes me feel a bit more like a real artist!

I've been so busy lately, and forsee being this busy until forever. Well until university finishes anyway. When I'm not grabbing sleep or food, I'm working.

The life drawing module is going really well, I feel I've got better, and like working with looser materials. But I am sick to death of drawing the same model... we had her last year, and now with this 3 week project, its one pose a week, and they're really boring poses. So I have now reached a point of not wanting to draw her anymore! Luckily it's just Friday then we're done. Last night I managed to draw her out of memory in a sleep deprived state of mentalness! I've been cheating on her though and trying out various other life classes, and it's been amazing. To draw different people, in short sharp poses is really great. I'm going to aim to go once a week from now on, maybe once a fortnight if the work gets really busy. So hopefully after 2 years I'll know the human form inside and out.

I've started a module of printmaking, which looks to be promising. "Imagined Journeys".. I'm going to depict a journey to hell

And all today I have been doing photography. It's great to refresh my memory, and I get to use my new camera, I really like it, I took it out on a trip up the hills today, saw some lovely things. Even if I did miss a fox spring out of an abandoned farm building!

So to recap, I'm busy as hell, but loving it.
