Bad, Bad times.

Although I'm trying to keep this journal as much to do with my art as possible and to stay away from personal journalism... there's going to be times where it crosses over.

I got burgled just over a week ago. They smashed through my window and took shitloads of stuff, including my laptop, camera, and drawing equipment. So like, yeah, most things I need. Just when I'm wanting to get back into doing lots of art, this just goes and f*cks it all up. I'm not insured and I'm not getting the stuff, or the money back.

I managed to boot up my old pc but it's really struggling to really do anything, I can surf the web and I can type in Word, although not at the same time or the universe explodes.

To distract myself from going mental, I've taken up Warhammer again, which has suprisingly re-invigorated my imagination in terms of imagery and concepts in a way I didn't expect. It's payday on Friday so I'm going to buy myself my stuff back and get stuck in!

University is really rubbish at the moment, hopefully the next project will be better. Roll on next year when I can explore the themes that I want to.
